We're hiring

Build real things with us

Corvix Systems is a software development company working with clients across the UK and beyond. We ship real products, not internal tools.

Senior / Lead Data Engineer

Engineering·Remote · Lahore, PK·Full-time

We're hiring a Senior / Lead Data Engineer to build and run our data function end-to-end. You'll own the warehouse, the pipelines, the data models, and the BI integration — setting the technical standards for how we treat data across the business. You'll join an in-flight migration from on-premises Python pipelines to AWS-orchestrated infrastructure, and a parallel BI move from Looker Studio to Power BI, with Google BigQuery as the warehouse throughout. You'll line-manage a Mid-level Data Analyst direct report and report into the Data Lead in the UK, with direct visibility to one of the founders. This is a senior seat for someone who has shipped a production warehouse or owned a meaningful pipeline migration at e-commerce scale and is ready to own a function.

Responsibilities

  • Building and orchestrating the data pipelines that move data from BigCommerce, GA4, Ometria, PeopleVox, and our finance and marketing systems into Google BigQuery.
  • Owning the warehouse on BigQuery — schema design, partitioning, performance, cost — and the SQL transformation layer in Google SQL.
  • Modelling the core domain data (orders, returns, stock, marketing, finance) so the analyst team and the Power BI / Looker Studio dashboards work off a single source of truth.
  • Owning the in-flight migration from on-premises Python pipelines to AWS-orchestrated infrastructure (likely Mage), with AWS Lambda alongside Google Cloud Function for serverless execution.
  • Setting the data-quality and observability standards — pipeline monitoring, alerting, data tests, lineage — so the trading team can trust every number.
  • Integrating Power BI into the warehouse during the migration from Looker Studio, and supporting Excel Power Query hand-offs for stakeholder reporting.
  • Line-managing the Mid-level Data Analyst — coaching on SQL craft, BI rigour, and stakeholder delivery.
  • Working directly with the UK Data Lead on roadmap, prioritisation, and architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' data engineering experience, with at least 2 of those years at a meaningful e-commerce or marketplace business.
  • Track record of building and running production data pipelines, with observability and data-quality tests baked in — be ready to talk specifics.
  • Strong Python for pipeline and transformation work. Comfortable across Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Function, BigQuery) and AWS (Lambda, S3).
  • Strong SQL, including Google SQL on BigQuery. Comfortable modelling e-commerce domain data without dbt or SQLMesh — transformations live in Python and SQL directly.
  • Experience with data privacy engineering PII detection and masking, GDPR-compliant pipeline design (DSAR fulfilment, right-to-erasure automation, retention policy enforcement), and data classification frameworks
  • Has shipped at least one production warehouse from scratch, or owned a meaningful pipeline migration.
  • Confident communicator — can explain a model design to a founder and a data-quality issue to a non-technical stakeholder in the same week.
  • Comfortable using Excel Power Query for stakeholder hand-offs (a working tool, not a primary skill).
  • Fluent written and spoken business English — non-negotiable. You'll work daily with the UK Data Lead and UK-based stakeholders.
  • Currently based in Lahore.

Airtable Engineer

Engineering·Remote · Lahore, PK·Full-time

We’re hiring an Airtable Developer to own the architecture and build of our buying and merchandising backbone in Airtable. The starting brief is the OTB (open-to-buy) calendar, range plan and buying critical path — a single system of record that gives our buying and merch team a clear, real-time view of what we’re committing to, when, and where the gaps are. From there the system extends across the wider hub. You’ll sit inside the Lahore engineering pod as our Airtable specialist, working alongside two Business Process Analysts and our AI Automation and Full Stack engineers, reporting to the Lahore Ops Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build the buying & merchandising backbone in Airtable — range plan, OTB calendar, critical path, supplier deliverables, stock-in dates.
  • Design schemas that scale — base structure, linked records, junction tables, sync rules.
  • Build automations using Airtable’s native automations, the Scripting block and Extensions, with external triggers via n8n, Make or Zapier where needed.
  • Integrate Airtable with external systems — BigCommerce, marketplaces, supplier feeds, internal tools.
  • Build views, dashboards and interfaces that buying, merch and supply chain can actually use day to day.
  • Document, version and govern — make sure builds don’t break under team growth.
  • Partner with the BPAs and AI engineers on cross-team builds.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ development or data-engineering experience overall, with at least 2 years deep in Airtable.
  • Hands-on with Airtable Scripting (JavaScript), Extensions API and the Airtable Web API.
  • Strong understanding of relational data modelling — you can design a schema that won’t collapse at scale.
  • Experience integrating Airtable with external systems via API, webhooks or automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n).
  • Comfortable with JavaScript and Node.js; SQL.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English.
  • Currently resident in Pakistan.

Full Stack Engineer

Engineering·Remote · Lahore, PK·Full-time

We’re hiring a senior AI Full Stack Developer to build the internal AI-powered tools and dashboards our team will run the business on. Think: the buying cockpit our merchandisers use every day, the influencer dashboard our marketing team relies on, the operational dashboards that surface anomalies before they cost us margin. You’ll ship end to end — frontend, backend, and the AI app layer (function-calling agents, RAG over Ego data, model orchestration). You’ll partner closely with our AI Automation Engineer, who owns the platform and the production AI workloads; you own the apps that put that work into people’s hands. Reports to the Lahore Ops Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship internal web apps end to end — frontend (Next.js, React, TypeScript), backend (Python or Node), AI app layer.
  • Build the buying cockpit, influencer dashboard, ops dashboards and other internal tools, in order of business priority.
  • Integrate with our internal data sources (Airtable backbone, BigCommerce, marketplaces) and with the AI platform our AI Automation Engineer maintains.
  • Build chat and agentic interfaces where they help — function-calling, RAG over Ego data, structured output.
  • Own UX quality on every surface you ship — these are tools real people use every day.
  • Pair with the Lahore engineering pod and with UK stakeholders to scope, design and deliver.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ full-stack development experience.
  • Strong Next.js, React and TypeScript on the frontend.
  • Solid backend — Python (FastAPI, Django) or Node.js
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs and data sources (REST and GraphQL) including authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, API keys), rate limiting, webhook handling, error recovery, and data synchronisation patterns. Bonus: prior work with e-commerce platform APIs (BigCommerce, Shopify, or marketplace APIs such as Amazon SP-API)
  • Strong commitment to code quality you write unit and integration tests as standard practice, not as an afterthought. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Pytest, React Testing Library, or Cypress)
  • Recent year shipping AI-powered features — function-calling, RAG, prompt engineering, AI SDKs (Vercel AI SDK or equivalent).
  • Strong product instincts — you can scope an internal tool and design the UX without a designer holding your hand.
  • Comfortable in cloud (AWS, GCP, Vercel) and with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English.
  • Currently resident in Pakistan.

AI Automation Engineer

Engineering·Remote · Lahore, PK·Full-time

We’re hiring a senior AI Automation Engineer to be the AI builder for the business. The remit is wide: AI agents for customer service, internal automations for buying & merchandising (anomaly detection, demand forecasting, allocation), AI tooling for our trend, competitor and influencer research, and content-generation pipelines that scale product copy and marketing across five channels. You’ll own the AI platform layer for the company — picking the stack, shipping production systems, and setting the bar for evals, observability and cost discipline. This is a senior IC seat with founder visibility and the runway to build the team around you over time. Reports to the Lahore Ops Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Build production AI agents for customer service in partnership with our CS Manager — triage, draft replies, returns handling, escalation routing — running on Zendesk.
  • Build internal AI tooling for buying & merchandising — anomaly detection, demand and OTB forecasting, allocation suggestions.
  • Build AI research tooling — competitor monitoring, influencer discovery and pre-qualification, trend forecasting.
  • Build content-generation pipelines — product descriptions, marketplace listing variants, ad copy, influencer brief drafting.
  • Own the AI stack — orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n), model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source where it makes sense), vector storage (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), and the serving infrastructure.
  • Set the engineering standard for AI work at Ego — evals, prompt versioning, cost telemetry, regression testing.
  • Pair with our AI Full Stack Developer on customer-facing surfaces, and with the BPAs and Airtable Engineer on internal builds.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ software engineering experience overall, with at least 18 months shipping production LLM or agent applications.
  • Strong Python — FastAPI, async, Docker — comfortable in cloud (AWS or GCP).
  • Hands-on with LangChain or LlamaIndex (ideally both), function-calling agents, and RAG over real corporate data.
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and embedding pipelines.
  • Awareness of AI security fundamentals prompt injection mitigation, output validation and guardrails, safe handling of customer PII within LLM contexts, and ensuring AI agent outputs do not leak sensitive data.
  • Prompt engineering as a craft — versioning, eval suites, structured-output tooling.
  • Cost discipline — you can hold a P&L view on token spend and design accordingly.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English.
  • Currently resident in Pakistan.

Customer Success Manager

Customer Support·Remote · Lahore, PK·Full-time

We’re hiring a Customer Service Manager to build and lead our Lahore-based customer service operation from scratch. You’ll start by setting up the Zendesk environment, defining the SLAs and the workflows across every channel — email, live chat, social DMs, returns and refunds — then hire and lead a team of around 14 customer service agents in Lahore, working AI-first workflows designed alongside our AI Automation Engineer. This is a builder seat: you’ll have the autonomy to design how CS works at Ego, and the brief is to do it AI-first, not by stacking headcount. Reports directly to our UK Head of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Stand up and own our Zendesk environment — SLAs, macros, automations, channel routing, reporting
  • Define the CS playbook across all channels: email, live chat, Instagram and TikTok DMs, returns and refunds.
  • Hire and onboard a Lahore-based team of around 14 customer service agents.
  • Partner with our AI Automation Engineer to design and roll out AI-first workflows — triage, draft replies, returns handling, escalation routing — so each agent handles more, better.
  • Set and report on KPIs — CSAT, first-response time, resolution time, contacts-per-order, returns root-cause analysis.
  • Surface insight from CS contacts back to merchandising, marketing and supply chain — CS sees leading indicators of product, fulfilment and marketing issues before anyone else.
  • Be the operational owner our UK Head of Operations relies on for a full picture of customer experience at Ego.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years’ customer service experience overall, with at least 3 years managing teams of 10+ in a multi-channel environment.
  • Strong Zendesk experience — admin-level, not just user-level.
  • Track record working international (UK, US or EU) accounts — preferably at TRG, Ibex, Mindbridge, Ovex or a comparable BPO.
  • E-commerce, DTC or retail customer service experience.
  • Strong hiring and team-building instincts — you’ve recruited and onboarded a CS team before.
  • Numerate — comfortable reporting on KPIs to a UK leadership audience.
  • Open to AI-first thinking — willing to lean on AI tooling rather than scale by headcount.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English.
  • Currently resident in Pakistan.

CRO Specialist (Web)

Business·Remote · Lahore, PK·Full-time

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the CRO Specialist (Web) will be responsible for improving conversion across our website, covering the full customer journey from landing page through to checkout and post-purchase touchpoints. Day to day, you will manage the web testing and experimentation programme, working with development, UX, and marketing to make sure the right things get tested and the results lead to action. You will bring a steady pipeline of insight and recommendations that feed directly into the optimisation roadmap, which sits with the Head of eCommerce. This is a hands-on role. You will be the person who knows the website best, understands where customers are getting stuck, and keeps pushing for improvements. Given that the majority of our customers browse and buy on their phones, a strong understanding of mobile web behaviour is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Running our web A/B and multivariate testing programme from start to finish, covering hypothesis development, test setup, QA, and result analysis.
  • Maintaining a well-organised test backlog with clear commercial prioritisation and valid test designs.
  • Working closely with development and UX to get tests built and deployed within sprint cycles.
  • Setting clear success metrics for every test and making sure findings translate into decisions, not just documentation.
  • Using GA4 and behavioural analytics tools, particularly Contentsquare, to understand where customers are dropping off on the website and why.
  • Turning data into focused, practical recommendations rather than broad observations.
  • Keeping a close eye on conversion metrics across landing pages, category pages, PDPs, basket, and checkout.
  • Carrying out regular journey audits with mobile web firmly front of mind.
  • Working closely with marketing, UX, and development to make sure test activity lines up with commercial priorities and campaign plans.
  • Being the person the team turns to when they have questions about web behaviour and on-site performance.
  • Presenting findings clearly to stakeholders, making the commercial case for what needs to change and why.
  • Bringing data into UX and product conversations early so decisions are grounded in evidence rather than assumption.
  • Feeding insight and test results into the optimisation roadmap, helping the Head of eCommerce make well-informed prioritisation decisions.
  • Spotting opportunities across the full web journey with a particular focus on mobile UX, checkout flow, and PDP performance.
  • Supporting thinking around on-site personalisation and merchandising with relevant data and test learnings.
  • Keeping up with developments in CRO and eCommerce and bringing anything useful back to the team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of CRO experience in an eCommerce or digital environment, with a track record of running tests and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Confident with GA4, including building reports, analysing funnel data, and pulling out insight without needing support.
  • Hands-on experience managing web A/B and multivariate testing programmes, from writing the hypothesis to interpreting the results.
  • A solid grasp of testing methodology and statistical significance, and an understanding of where tests go wrong.
  • A commercial outlook. You think about conversion rates, revenue, and basket value, not just UX principles.
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment where things change quickly and you need to manage several things at once.
  • Able to communicate findings clearly to people who are not analysts and make recommendations that land.
  • Good understanding of mobile web behaviour and experience working on journeys built for mobile-first audiences.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English — non-negotiable.
  • Currently based in Lahore.

CRO Specialist (App)

Business·Remote · Lahore, PK·Full-time

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the CRO Specialist (App) will be responsible for improving conversion and overall experience across our mobile app. That means understanding how app users behave, identifying where they drop off, and running a structured programme of testing and optimisation to drive measurable improvements. Day to day, you will manage the app testing and experimentation programme, working closely with development, UX, and marketing to make sure the right things get tested and the results lead to action. You will bring a steady pipeline of insight and recommendations that feed directly into the optimisation roadmap, which sits with the Head of eCommerce. App users behave differently to web users, and the nuances of that matter. We want someone who genuinely understands the app environment, from how screen size and gestures affect user flow, to how push notifications and in-app messaging interact with the on-screen experience.

Responsibilities

  • Running our app A/B and multivariate testing programme from start to finish, covering hypothesis development, test setup, QA, and result analysis.
  • Maintaining a well-organised test backlog with clear commercial prioritisation and valid test designs.
  • Working closely with development and UX to get tests built and deployed within app release cycles.
  • Setting clear success metrics for every test and making sure findings translate into decisions, not just documentation.
  • Using Firebase, GA4, and behavioural analytics tools to understand how app users are navigating and where they are dropping off.
  • Working with Contentsquare's mobile product or equivalent to dig into session behaviour, friction points, and engagement patterns.
  • Turning data into focused, practical recommendations rather than broad observations.
  • Monitoring conversion metrics across key app touchpoints including home, product pages, basket, and checkout.
  • Working closely with marketing, UX, and development to make sure test activity lines up with commercial priorities, app release schedules, and campaign plans.
  • Being the person the team turns to when they have questions about app behaviour and in-app performance.
  • Presenting findings clearly to stakeholders, making the commercial case for what needs to change and why.
  • Bringing data into UX and product conversations early so decisions are grounded in evidence rather than assumption.
  • Working alongside the CRO Specialist (Web) to share learnings, align on methodology, and maintain a consistent approach to experimentation across channels.
  • Feeding insight and test results into the optimisation roadmap, helping the Head of eCommerce make well-informed prioritisation decisions.
  • Spotting opportunities across the full app journey with a particular focus on onboarding, product discovery, and checkout flow.
  • Supporting thinking around in-app personalisation and push notification strategy with relevant data and test learnings.
  • Keeping up with developments in mobile CRO and app optimisation and bringing anything useful back to the team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of CRO or mobile optimisation experience, ideally with a meaningful portion of that focused on app environments.
  • Comfortable working with Firebase and GA4, including app-specific reporting, funnel analysis, and event tracking.
  • Hands-on experience managing A/B testing programmes within a mobile app, including an understanding of how release cycles affect test timing and deployment.
  • A solid grasp of testing methodology and statistical significance, and an understanding of where tests go wrong.
  • A commercial outlook. You think about conversion rates, revenue, and basket value, not just UX principles.
  • An understanding of how app user behaviour differs from web, and how that should shape test design and interpretation.
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment where things change quickly and you need to manage several things at once.
  • Able to communicate findings clearly to people who are not analysts and make recommendations that land.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English — non-negotiable.
  • Currently based in Lahore.

Business Process Analyst

Engineering·Remote · Lahore, PK·Full-time

We’re hiring two Business Process Analysts to take the manual, repetitive work out of how our marketing, buying & merchandising, and warehousing teams operate. You’ll partner with each team to map the workflow, design the right automation, build it, measure it, and own it once it’s live. The work splits roughly evenly between reporting (giving each team the numbers they need on time, without a spreadsheet chase) and task automation (cutting out the steps that don’t need a human). The two seats work alongside each other and the wider Lahore engineering pod; tool choice is yours per process.

Responsibilities

  • Sit with marketing, buying & merchandising, and warehousing — map their current workflows, find the friction, propose the fix.
  • Build automated reporting — daily, weekly and monthly dashboards each team can rely on without manual prep.
  • Build task automations — from supplier-PO chasing to stock-receipting workflows to influencer-campaign tracking.
  • Pick the right tool per job — Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or Python — we are tool-agnostic; we care about the outcome.
  • Measure impact in hours saved and errors prevented; surface this back to the founder and Lahore Ops Lead monthly.
  • Hand off finished builds with documentation so the owning team can run them.
  • Partner closely with our Airtable Engineer and AI Automation Engineer when a build needs deeper plumbing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a business analyst, RPA developer, or process-automation specialist — preferably at a PSHA tech house or in-house at an e-commerce or retail business.
  • Strong process-mapping instincts — you can sit with a buyer or a warehouse lead and walk out with a workflow diagram and a build plan.
  • Hands-on automation experience across at least three of: Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, Python scripting.
  • Comfortable writing SQL and reading API documentation.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English — you’ll be presenting to UK stakeholders.
  • Currently resident in Pakistan.
